On Tuesday, June 28th, from 2:00 PM ET - 6:00 PM ET (11:00 AM PT - 3:00 PM PT), the Edisen (formerly Vigor) OSC will coordinate a sIX System Maintenance Window to perform work on the MPLS Network.
During this Maintenance Window no service interruption is anticipated however, some sIX sites may experience a temporary disruption to their MPLS connection and/or file/metadata delivery via the sIX System.
The Maintenance Window will be completed, and normal service should resume no later than 6:00 PM ET (3:00 PM PT).
In the event that a service disruption does occur during this window, no action is needed from sIX sites. If a service disruption occurs after this window has closed, please contact the Edisen OSC.
