On Tuesday, July 1st, from 8PM-11PM ET (5PM-8PM PT), the Edisen Support Team will coordinate a OneVigor software upgrade to the Production Environment.
Included with this release will be a “Roll Up Deletion" notification for file delivery content contributors. This Notification will:
• Alert content contributors to content that is slated for deletion from Central Storage one week in the future. • Be sent every Monday for the following Monday – Sunday period • Be delivered only for weeks when there is content slated for deletion • Include metadata (e.g., content name, p-number/EIDR ID, type, path, scheduled deletion date) for each piece of content slated for deletion • Be a “Warning” level notification (same as deletion notifications) and notification configuration settings will apply.
During this maintenance window, we anticipate no interruption to file delivery or linear delivery. However, the sIX Media Management GUI and the sIX Global GUI may be unavailable during this maintenance window.
In the event a service disruption does occur during this window, no action is needed from service recipients. The Maintenance Window will be completed, and normal service should resume no later than 11PM ET (8PM PT).
If a service disruption persists after the maintenance window has ended, please contact the Edisen Support Team for assistance.
This scheduled maintenance affected: Edisen Portal, PitchBlue Feed Reports, PitchBlue Formatic, PitchBlue MagnuBoxes (Terrestrial), sIX MagnuBoxes (Terrestrial), sIX Live Linear Streaming (Terrestrial), Edisen Advertio Cloud, and sIX National Streams.
