Lumen will be conducting maintenance on the MPLS circuit servicing PBS NOC, impacting National terrestrial program feeds to Interconnection:
Maintenance Event Start: Tuesday, September 1st, 00:00 EDT (Monday, August 31st 9:00 PM PDT) Maintenance Event End: Tuesday, September 1st , 6:00 AM EDT (Tuesday September 1st 3:00 AM PDT) Maintenance Event Duration: 6 Hours
Station Impact: There will be NO impact to Satellite services, file delivery, or linear streams provided by your station to PBS Digital and other streaming platforms during this Maintenance event.
During the work session, the following TERRESTRIAL linear streams could be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window:
Stations may plan to switch away from the affected terrestrial streams (to the corresponding satellite streams, or to alternative programming) during this period to avoid this service disruption.
The Maintenance activity will be completed, and normal service should resume no later than 6:00 AM EDT (3:00 AM PDT) on Tuesday, September 1st.
If a service disruption occurs during this window, no action is required from Interconnection sites. If connectivity or task processing issues persist after the maintenance window has ended, please contact Orb Support for assistance.
This scheduled maintenance affected: Interconnection Local Live Linear Streaming (Terrestrial) and Interconnection National Program Feeds (Terrestrial).
