sIX System Maintenance Window: AWS Direct Connect Maintenance

Hello sIX Service Recipient,

On Friday, 4 Apr 2025 from 5:00 AM ET to 9:00 AM ET (4 Apr 2:00 AM PT to 6:00 AM PT), AWS will be conducting maintenance on their Direct Connect endpoint located in Seattle, WA.

During this maintenance window, sIX Service Recipients' Edisen Edge device connectivity to the Edisen Cloud Environment Infrastructure and associated tasks may be impacted.

The maintenance is expected to be completed, with normal service resuming no later than Friday, April 4 2025, 9:00 AM ET (4 Apr 06:00 AM PT)

If a service disruption occurs during this window, no action is required from sIX sites.

If connectivity or task processing issues persist after the maintenance window has ended, please contact the Edisen OSC for assistance.
