On 1/07/2025 from approximately 13:41 to 14:05 ET, PBS Edisen Edge (MagnuBox) connectivity for service recipients may have experienced intermittent disruption due to unexpected conditions encountered during a circuit migration performed by an upstream connectivity provider associated with the AWS Direct Connect.

This interruption may have impacted in-progress file transfers. Connectivity has since been restored, and the disruption was temporary.

Our engineers are actively monitoring the network and will continue to ensure stability throughout the remainder of the provider’s migration activity.
