On Tuesday, March 19th, from 2:00PM - 3:00PM ET (11:00AM - 12:00PM PT), the Edisen Support Team will coordinate a sIX System Maintenance Window to perform scheduled update to the ATEME Pilot Manager.
No disruption or streaming outages are expected for the Ateme devices or Production System during this maintenance window. However, some components of the monitoring and alerting system will be offline as a result.
The Maintenance Window will be completed, and normal service should resume no later than 3:00PM ET (12:00 PM PT).
